15 Days of Impact.
Day 01 - 05
5 DAYS ONLINE DOMAIN
ORIENTATION
Start with five days of immersive online training, students will build foundational knowledge across multiple domains
Day 06
ARRIVAL & SETTLING IN
The program begins with students assembling at Delhi airport, followed by a flight to Malaysia and hotel check-in. The evening is dedicated to professional orientation: students will receive their Internship Handbooks, review the week’s KPIs, and submit their Personal Learning Objectives for approval.
Day 07
ORIENTATION & PROGRAM
KICKOFF
After breakfast, students travel to the office hub for a formal corporate induction. They will meet the team, understand the organisation's 5-year strategic vision, and be assigned their roles for the upcoming departmental rotations.
Day 08 - 11
APPLIED INTERNSHIP
EXPERIENCE
Over the next four days, students will rotate through key departments : Marketing, AI & Technology, Operations & Supply chain, and Finance, working on real-time tasks and gaining mentorship from global professionals.
Day 12
ADVENTURE & CITY
EXPERIENCE
Experience an exciting day visiting the famous Genting Highlands, followed by a Kuala Lumpur city tour and a visit to some of the city’s most vibrant shopping malls.
Day 13
DISCOVER MALACCA
Step into Malaysia’s historic city of Malacca, explore its rich cultural heritage, colonial architecture, vibrant streets, and famous local markets.
Day 14
FINAL BOARDROOM
PRESENTATION
After a week of learning and doing, students will present their final outcomes in a boardroom style presentation, offering a chance to showcase everything they've learned and receive valuable feedback
Day 15
RETURN TO INDIA
The program concludes with a return flight to India(Delhi). Before landing, students will complete a final "Career Mapping" reflection document.
